1.1The Programme is automatically open to every EliteSports Customer, with no sign-up, from account opening.

1.2The Customer must be a Belgian resident, aged 21 or over, with a fully verified account (complete KYC) per the F1+ licence.

1.3The Customer must not appear on the EPIS register, nor be subject to a self-exclusion or restriction measure. No COINS are earned during such a measure.

1.4One participation per natural person (KYC data), household and payment method.

2.1The Customer earns 1 COIN per five euros (€5) staked on an eligible sports bet, whether the bet wins or loses.

2.2A bet is eligible when it is settled (the outcome stands) and its odds are equal to or greater than 1.50. Eligible turnover accumulates: amounts below €5 are carried over and counted with subsequent stakes.

2.3No COINS are earned on: cancelled, void or fully refunded bets (the bet did not stand); bets at odds below 1.50; demo (play-money) bets or stakes funded by another promotional offer.

2.4COINS are credited at bet settlement. EliteSports may cap the number of COINS earned per period to prevent abuse (Article 6).

3.1One hundred (100) COINS equal one euro (€1).

3.2The Customer may convert all or part of their COINS into real money at any time, with no minimum amount. The converted amount is credited instantly to their real cash balance.

3.3No wagering requirement applies to the converted money: it is immediately usable and withdrawable, subject to the EliteSports General Terms and applicable anti-money-laundering legislation.

3.4COINS are non-transferable and non-exchangeable for any consideration other than the conversion set out in this Article.

4.1Where a bet that earned COINS is later cancelled, voided or refunded (e.g. a result correction), the corresponding COINS are reversed from the Customer's balance.

4.2This reversal can never make the COIN balance negative: if the COINS concerned have already been converted and withdrawn, EliteSports does not seek their return.

5.1COINS do not expire while the account remains active.

5.2After thirty (30) consecutive calendar days with no betting activity, the COIN balance reduces by one percent (1%) per day. The reduction stops immediately when activity resumes (placing a bet or converting).

6.1EliteSports operates anti-fraud controls (KYC verification, deduplication, household/IP checks, payment-method and device fingerprints, immutable audit log).

6.2Expressly prohibited and grounds for reversing the COINS and associated winnings: multiple accounts; use of third-party identities, payment methods or addresses; any coordinated, "hedged" or arbitrage betting aimed at accumulating COINS at low net risk; any behaviour contrary to the spirit of the Programme.

6.3In the event of abuse, EliteSports may, without notice, reverse the COINS and the corresponding converted money, suspend the Programme for the Customer, close the account and report the facts to the Belgian Gaming Commission.

7.1EliteSports is committed to responsible gaming. The Customer may set their limits in the "Responsible Gaming" section. No COINS are earned, and no Programme communication is sent, to a self-excluded Customer or one on the EPIS register.

8.1Data processed in connection with the Programme is processed by EliteSports as data controller, in accordance with the GDPR, the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 and the EliteSports Privacy Policy. Records relating to COINS and conversions are retained for five (5) years.

9.1EliteSports may vary, suspend or terminate the Programme at any time, with notice to the Customer via its usual channels and publication on elitesports.be. COINS already earned remain convertible on the conditions in force when they were earned.

10.1The Programme is provided under the F1+ licence issued by the Belgian Gaming Commission and operated by EliteSports SRL, and in compliance with the Royal Decree of 27 February 2023 on advertising for games of chance.

11.1These Terms are available in French, Dutch and English on elitesports.be; in the event of discrepancy, the French version prevails.

11.2They are governed by Belgian law; any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.

12.1Any question or complaint may be addressed to EliteSports customer service via the channels published on elitesports.be. Failing satisfactory resolution, the Customer may refer the matter to the Belgian Gaming Commission (www.gamingcommission.be).
