Welcome Offer — Terms & Conditions
EliteSports — "Your first winning bet is doubled, up to €100"
Operator — EliteSports SRL, operating under an F1+ licence issued by the Belgian Gaming Commission.
Offer name — EliteSports Welcome Offer (internal reference: `welcome_v1`).
Effective date — as of publication on elitesports.be.
Issue date — 31 May 2026.
These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern the EliteSports Welcome Offer (the "Offer"). Benefiting from the Offer entails, on the part of the player (the "Customer"), acceptance of these Terms, the EliteSports General Terms and the EliteSports Privacy Policy, accepted upon account opening. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the EliteSports General Terms, these Terms prevail with respect to the Offer.
Language note: these Terms are also available in French and Dutch on elitesports.be. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the French version prevails (see Article 14).
The Offer is a conditional commercial offer reserved for new EliteSports customers. It does not constitute a credit without a staking commitment, a risk-free bet, or any other form of unconditional benefit. The Customer stakes their own funds; the Offer entitles the Customer to an additional cash credit only on the condition that a first eligible bet is settled as a win.
Article 1 — Eligibility
1.1 The Offer is reserved for new EliteSports customers, i.e. natural persons with no prior or existing EliteSports account, creating their first account during the Offer's validity period.
1.2 The Customer must be a Belgian resident, aged 21 or over on the registration date, and hold a fully verified account (complete KYC) in accordance with the obligations of EliteSports' F1+ licence. The registration method (itsme® or standard manual registration) has no impact on eligibility.
1.3 The Customer must not appear on the EPIS list (Excluded Persons Information System) maintained by the Belgian Gaming Commission, must not be subject to any self-exclusion measure, and their account must not be subject to any restriction for fraud or non-compliance.
1.4 Only one (1) participation in the Offer is permitted per: (a) natural person (identified via KYC data: surname, first name, date of birth, hashed national registry number); (b) household (postal address); (c) IP address at opt-in time; and (d) payment method (card or IBAN fingerprint).
1.5 Employees of EliteSports SRL and its affiliates, suppliers, agents and service providers, as well as members of their household, are excluded from the Offer.
Article 2 — Grant of the Offer
2.1 The Offer is granted automatically, with no activation step. As soon as an eligible Customer makes a first deposit of a minimum of ten euros (€10) via a payment method of which they are the holder, the Offer is granted to them and the thirty (30) day validity period begins to run.
2.2 The grant of the Offer is logged for audit and compliance purposes with the following information: user ID, first-deposit timestamp, IP address and device fingerprint.
2.3 The Offer remains valid for thirty (30) calendar days from the first deposit, subject to Articles 6 and 8 below.
2.4 The Offer applies to the first eligible bet placed after the grant. A sports bet placed before any first deposit of at least ten euros (€10) does not give rise to the Offer.
Article 3 — First eligible bet
3.1 To trigger the Offer, the Customer must place a sports bet on EliteSports after the grant of the Offer and within the thirty (30) day validity period.
3.2 The first bet placed after the grant of the Offer must satisfy all of the following cumulative conditions (the "Eligibility Conditions"):
- an effective stake (after any promotional adjustment) of at least five euros (€5);
- a bet placed on a sport offered by EliteSports, pre-match or live;
- a bet placed solely from the Customer's real cash balance (no other promotional offer may apply to the same bet);
- a bet that is not cancelled, not void and not settled as a push (see Article 5).
3.3 Only the first eligible bet (meeting all the Eligibility Conditions, including a stake of at least €5) is taken into account under the Offer. A bet that does not meet the Eligibility Conditions — in particular a stake below €5 — does not consume the Offer: it remains available for the next eligible bet, within the 30 days. Once a first eligible bet has been placed, subsequent bets are not taken into account, except in the cases where that bet does not consume the Offer in accordance with Article 5.
3.4 The Eligibility Conditions are assessed at the time the bet is placed. An "Offer active" indicator is shown in the betting area while the Offer is running and no first eligible bet has yet been placed.
Article 4 — Offer mechanic and calculation
4.1 If the First eligible bet is settled as a win, EliteSports credits the Customer's real cash balance with an additional amount equal to the net profit realised on that bet, capped at one hundred euros (€100). The credited amount is referred to as the "Boost Credit".
4.2 Net profit is defined as the total return of the bet less the stake (i.e. the winnings paid out minus the stake placed). For the purposes of calculating the Boost Credit only, the eligible stake is capped at one hundred euros (€100). Any portion of the stake above €100 is staked normally but is not taken into account for the Boost Credit calculation.
4.3 The Boost Credit is paid in addition to the Customer's winnings on the underlying bet, in euros (€), and is credited as withdrawable cash. No wagering or replay requirement applies to the Boost Credit.
4.4 If the First eligible bet is settled as a loss, no Boost Credit is paid and the Offer is closed.
4.5 Worked examples are provided in Table 1 below, for illustration only.
Table 1 — Worked examples
| Stake | Odds | Result | Net profit | Boost Credit | Total returned |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| €20 | 2.00 | Win | +€20 | +€20 | +€40 |
| €50 | 3.00 | Win | +€100 | +€100 (cap) | +€200 |
| €100 | 2.50 | Win | +€150 | +€100 (cap) | +€250 |
| €10 | 2.20 | Win | +€12 | +€12 | +€24 |
| €50 | 1.80 | Loss | −€50 | €0 | −€50 |
Odds appear in these examples to illustrate the outcome; no minimum odds are required for eligibility.
Article 5 — Void, cancelled or push bets
5.1 A bet may be settled in a way that produces neither a win nor a loss. In such cases, the Offer is handled in accordance with Table 2 below.
General principle: if the first bet placed after the grant of the Offer is settled neither as a win nor as a loss, the Offer is not consumed and remains available for a new first bet, within the remaining thirty (30) day validity window.
Table 2 — Settlement statuses
| Status | Description | Effect on the Offer |
|---|---|---|
| Win | Winning bet — stake returned with the winnings. | Offer consumed; Boost Credit = min(net profit, €100). |
| Loss | Losing bet — stake lost. | Offer consumed; no Boost Credit. |
| Void | Event cancelled, abandoned, postponed beyond the applicable rules, or player walkover; stake fully refunded. | Offer not consumed; remains active within the 30-day window. |
| Cancelled | Bet rejected or withdrawn after placement (manifest error, technical incident, odds change); stake fully refunded. | Offer not consumed; remains active within the 30-day window. |
| Push | Result equal to the handicap or line (e.g. exact handicap, draw in draw-no-bet); stake refunded. | Offer not consumed; remains active within the 30-day window. |
| Partial void (combo) | One or more legs of a combo are voided; the bet continues at reduced odds on the remaining legs. | The Boost Credit, if any, is calculated on the effective net profit of the bet as finally settled. |
5.2 EliteSports reserves the right to investigate any pattern of repeatedly voided or cancelled bets that appears designed to manipulate the Offer. In the event of a confirmed pattern, EliteSports may, without notice, suspend or revoke the Offer in accordance with Article 9.
Article 6 — Duration and expiry
6.1 The Offer is granted on the first deposit of at least €10 (Article 2). No Offer is granted before that first deposit.
6.2 The Offer is valid for thirty (30) calendar days. The day of the first deposit is day 0; the Offer expires at 23:59 (Brussels time) on day 30.
6.3 On expiry, any residual entitlement under the Offer lapses automatically. No expiry notification is sent.
6.4 Where, during the 30-day window, the Offer has not been consumed because successive first bets were voided, cancelled or settled as a push in accordance with Article 5, the Customer may place a new first bet within the remaining period, subject to meeting the Eligibility Conditions.
Article 7 — Cash-out
7.1 The Customer may use the cash-out feature on a First eligible bet where it is offered by EliteSports for the relevant market.
7.2 In the event of a cash-out, the First eligible bet is deemed resolved by the cash-out: no Boost Credit is paid and the Offer is closed.
Article 8 — Withdrawal and use of the Boost Credit
8.1 The Boost Credit is credited to the Customer's real cash balance in euros and may be withdrawn or used to place new bets immediately after settlement, subject to the EliteSports General Terms, the applicable Belgian anti-money-laundering legislation and any restrictions specific to the payment method used.
8.2 In accordance with market practice and the EliteSports General Terms, any withdrawal exceeding two hundred and fifty euros (€250) attributable in whole or in part to the Offer may be subject to a hold of up to forty-eight (48) hours to allow compliance and anti-fraud checks before the withdrawal is authorised.
8.3 The Offer cannot be combined with another promotional offer on the same bet. The Offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-convertible into any other form of consideration.
Article 9 — Abuse, fraud and multiple accounts
9.1 EliteSports implements anti-fraud controls including, without limitation: KYC verification, deduplication on hashed identity attributes, household and IP-address checks at opt-in time, payment-method fingerprint, device fingerprint, and an immutable audit log of opt-in and settlement events.
9.2 Without prejudice to the EliteSports General Terms, the following behaviours are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for revoking the Offer:
- creating or operating multiple EliteSports accounts in breach of Article 1.4;
- using identities, payment methods or addresses not belonging to the Customer;
- any coordinated or "hedged" betting aimed at extracting value from the Offer at low net risk (e.g. bets on opposing outcomes of the same event at other operators);
- any behaviour reasonably considered by EliteSports to constitute promotional abuse, arbitrage, or to be contrary to the spirit of the Offer.
9.3 In the event of abuse, fraud or breach of these Terms, EliteSports reserves the right, without notice, to: (a) revoke the Offer; (b) debit the Boost Credit and associated winnings from the Customer's account; (c) suspend or close the account; and (d) report the facts to the Belgian Gaming Commission and, where applicable, to any other competent authority.
9.4 EliteSports' decisions on abuse and fraud are taken on the basis of the audit log and any other evidence available to it; they are reasoned and notified to the Customer in writing, via their EliteSports account.
Article 10 — Responsible gaming
10.1 EliteSports is committed to responsible gaming. Gaming must remain a leisure activity. The Customer is invited to set their deposit, stake, loss and session-duration limits from the "Responsible Gaming" section of their account.
10.2 A Customer who feels they are losing control of their gaming is invited to use EliteSports' self-exclusion tools and to consult the resources of the Belgian Gaming Commission, including the EPIS register, as well as independent support services. EliteSports will not offer, promote or credit the Offer to any Customer subject to a self-exclusion measure or appearing on the EPIS register.
10.3 No advertising or marketing communication relating to the Offer will be directed at minors or at persons who have requested not to receive promotional communications.
Article 11 — Personal data
11.1 The personal data processed in connection with the Offer (in particular the activation logs, IP address, device fingerprint, payment-method fingerprint and audit-trail data) are processed by EliteSports as data controller, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), the Belgian law of 30 July 2018 and the EliteSports Privacy Policy.
11.2 Activation and settlement records relating to the Offer are retained for five (5) years from the date of the relevant event, in accordance with EliteSports' obligations under the F1+ licence it operates and Belgian anti-money-laundering legislation.
Article 12 — Variation, suspension and termination
12.1 EliteSports reserves the right to vary, suspend or terminate the Offer at any time, with notice to the Customer via its usual communication channels (in-app notification and publication on elitesports.be).
12.2 Save as otherwise required by law or decided by the Belgian Gaming Commission, variations will not apply retroactively to Customers to whom the Offer has already been granted under the previous version of these Terms; those Customers will continue to benefit from the Offer on the conditions in force at the time of the grant, within the 30-day validity window.
Article 13 — Regulatory framework
13.1 The Offer is provided under the F1+ licence issued by the Belgian Gaming Commission and operated by EliteSports SRL, and in compliance with the Royal Decree of 27 February 2023 on advertising for games of chance.
13.2 No provision of these Terms may be construed as derogating from the Operator's obligations under the F1+ licence it operates, Belgian anti-money-laundering legislation, or applicable consumer-protection rules.
Article 14 — Language, governing law and jurisdiction
14.1 These Terms are also available in Dutch and English on elitesports.be. In the event of any discrepancy between the language versions, the French version prevails.
14.2 These Terms are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the Offer falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rule allowing the Customer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence.
Article 15 — Contact and complaints
15.1 Any question or complaint relating to the Offer may be addressed to EliteSports customer service via the channels published on elitesports.be.
15.2 Where a complaint is not resolved satisfactorily by EliteSports, the Customer may also refer the matter to the Belgian Gaming Commission (www.gamingcommission.be) according to the time limits and conditions it sets.
